Power Yoga with Valentina
Power Yoga with Valentina This is a Vinyasa Yoga Flow that incorporates hand weights to add an extra challenge to traditional yoga postures. This is a full body workout with Upper Body, Lower Body, and Core Strengthening exercises set to upbeat music as you flow through a series of Yoga poses with repetitive movements to elevate your heart rate, increase your blood flow, and tone your muscles. Bring water and a Towel. (50minutes)

Chair Yoga with Valentina This is a more gentle and accessible form of yoga modified to be done seated on a chair to help improve flexibility, mobility, and balance. This is a well-rounded fitness experience that focuses on incorporating exercises for conditioning, coordination, stretching, strengthening, and balancing body and mind. This class is suitable for all fitness levels, including those recovering from injuries and/or surgeries, and it is a great addition to those who practice golf, tennis, and pickleball. (50minutes)

Total Body Stretch Therapy
11AM Stretch Therapy This is a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating practice with passive stretches supported by props such as blocks, blankets, and bolsters, allowing you to fully relax into each posture. The emphasis is on prolonged holds, controlled breathing, and mindfulness, to release tightness, tension, and stress from the body. Set to relaxing music as you restore both physical and mental well-being. As an option, the Instructor could offer hands-on assistance, applying gentle pressure to the body to help you relax deeper into each pose. Props are provided but feel free to bring your own blanket and eye cover.
