Heather is a Long Island native but left to move into Astoria, Queens for a few years when she worked in Manhattan at restaurants including Fig & Olive, BLT Prime, & most recently, Toro NYC. She now lives in Northport with her husband and 2 pups, tri-pod Pablo & 6-mo old Piper. Hobbies include running, anything diy and creative, and has recently taken up golf!

Athena Mulder

Athena was born and raised in Northport, NY. She has been a Service Director at Willow Creek since April, 2018. Before that, she had been working at The Hamlet Golf and Country Club in Commack, NY as a captain since 2009. She has a Bachelor's Degree in English and Environmental Studies. She started working as a teacher before changing careers into hospitality 10 years ago. She works closely with the Chef on all things food and beverage related including The Grill Room which is our restaurant and bar here at Willow Creek. She also maître D's all of the banquet events for the club. She currently resides in Coram, NY with her Fiancée and two daughters.

Kyle Rogers

Role: Golf Course Superintendent

Kyle was born and raised in upstate NewYork in Canandaigua part of the Finger Lakes region. He studied turf management in Colorado and North Carolina. For the last 12 years he has supervised golf courses in Westchester and Long Island. He enjoys living on Long Island with his wife Carolyn and his daughter Francesca (4).

Seth Cohen

Seth Cohen is the Executive Chef at Willow Creek Golf & Country Club. He joined the Willlow Creek family from the Hamlet in Commack, NY where he worked since 2008. Seth is a graduate of The French Culinary Institute of New York, New York City. Seth brings 34 years of restaurant and catering experience working in places like The Peninsula Hotel, The Mark Hotel, and The Lion's Rock Restaurant all in New York City. Seth is using all of his diverse knowledge of culinary arts at Willow Creek Golf & Country Club.
