All group fitness classes are complimentary to Members. Barre, Tabata, Zumba, Yoga, Mat Pilates, Cycle, BodyPump, BodyFlow and many more are available Monday through Sunday. Our classes are multi-level, so beginners or “first-timers” are always welcome. Water aerobics, also known as Hydro Fitness are available year-round in our adult heated pool.
Our team of personal trainers offers several different specialty classes and sport specific training programs year-round.
