Growing up I wanted to be a professional motocross racer. However, I really only had a talent for spectacular crashes. I still have a love for off-road motorsports just not the body for it. I started my professional career with the Busch Entertainment Corporation at Sea World San Diego. I held various management positions within the Merchandise Department. My favorite was in the Arcade/Games areas where I got to design and build a lot of the games. Want to know how to beat the carnival games at the county fair? Just ask me, I can tell you all the tricks to the trade. In 1998 the Vice President of our department introduced me to the game of golf, I have been in love ever since. In 2006 I made the jump to the golf industry and haven’t looked back.
I am passionate about the game of golf and helping others. Golf has allowed me opportunities to connect with people and to give back in so many ways. Throughout my life many people have helped me along the way. I feel very strongly about paying it forward. The passion and purpose to helping others is truly what drives me.
I have one older sister, a younger brother, a younger sister, four nephews, two nieces, two grand nephews and one grad niece who are the center of my world. During a recent health scare due to Covid-19 the desire to be with them drove me to make a full recovery. My family is the foundation on which I draw my strength from and am forever grateful for them.
Other interests include traveling, fitness, reading, dining out, fishing, camping, hiking and trying to cook. I really appreciate talented Chefs and am amazing by their abilities. Dinners, Drive Ins, and Dives is one of my favorite shows along with Bar Rescue, and Life Below Zero.

I am familiar face around Northern California as a Meteorologist. I am so excited to now serve as Membership Director at Santa Rosa Golf & Country Club. As someone who loves people and golf, there could not be a better fit.
I spent several years with American Golf working at Mountain Shadows (now Foxtail) in the pro shop and as their Service Excellence trainer and I traveled across Northern California teaching new and existing employees about company values, sales training and motivational training. I was recruited away from Mountain Shadows and joined the Sea Ranch Golf Links as Pro Shop and Course Manager.
After growing the membership and revenue at the Sea Ranch, I decided to follow a dream and return to school to become a Meteorologist. I served as Chief Meteorologist for KFTY TV50 from 1997 to 2007 and with KSRO AM 1350 until 2012. Following my career in TV and radio I had great success as the Sales Trainer and Account Representative for MetroPCS.
As a 6th generation Sonoma County native, my roots run deep here. I love this area. My wife and I joined the SRG&CC in 2006. This gives me unique insight into how to market our Club to potential members. There truly is no better place in Northern California. I look forward to growing our membership and enhancing the experience of our current members.
I was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, however, I have also lived in Colorado, Costa Rica, New Mexico, Nevada, and California! I moved to California in 2015 to attend college at Sonoma State University and I graduated in 2019 with Bachelor’s degrees in Communication & Media Studies, and also Philosophy. I then attended California State University, Chico, where I obtained an Interdisciplinary Master’s degree in Parks and Recreation Administration and Management in the Spring of 2021.
In the past, I have worked for Passport Resorts, Heavenly Mountain Resorts, Chico Area Recreation District, and multiple university departments. I strive to bring the best possible experience, driven by planning, communication, and a positive outlook on life!
I have a huge passion for the outdoors and a wide array of recreational activities - I am an avid disc golfer, hiker, camper, and downhill skier. I also enjoy traveling, good food, better company, and the wineries and breweries here in Sonoma County. Let me know if you are looking for recommendations!
