Our Gym

River Run’s fitness center is home to state-of-the-art Cybex and Life Fitness strength training equipment.  Cross-training is available with our Concept 2 rower, treadmills, multiple Arc Trainers, cycles, and recumbent bike. With our fitness room recently renovated we have modernized our free weight selection to include Kettle Bells, TRX and medicine balls for an updated member facility designed to meet all your fitness needs.

Personal Trainers

River Run has an elite personal training team that can provide a systematic process to improve your health and performance for any life skill or sport.  They specialize in customizing fitness sequences that will improve your current strength and conditioning to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Group Fitness

River Run instructors are passionate about staying on top of the trends and seek to create programs that cater to your specific needs and desires.  Our monthly calendars include Yoga, Pilates, HIIT/Strength, Fusion workouts, Spin, Aqua, Low Impact options as well as “Surprise” fun classes.  If you cannot make a class you can enjoy our Fitness On Demand studio with access to over 300 workouts in every format.

River Run offers specialty training services to address members unique needs and desires.  We have both morning and evening small group training programs including Tennis or Golf Performance, Weight Management, Healthy Backs and More!
