Beth joined QH in August of 2018, and comes to us after 3 years experience at the Hilton St. Augustine as Director of Sales & Catering. Before that, she worked for 15 years at the Jekyll Island Club Hotel as Senior Sales Manager. One of her most exciting work experiences was working on the 450th Anniversary of the City of St. Augustine. Her Chef at the Hilton was chosen to handle all of the catered functions for the event, which led to the hosting of the King and Queen of Spain, Presidents of Microsoft, and members of the US & Spain Governments.
Beth is from Battlecreek, Michigan, but considers Jacksonville her home. She has lived here since the age of 8. She attended Florida State University and then moved to Savannah. Georgia. She now resides in Jacksonville Beach.
She has two daughters. Hannah is a Freshman at UGA and Rachel is a senior in High School, with plans to also attend UGA. She is very excited to be part of the Queen's Harbour Team and looks forward to booking all of your exciting events!
It is a pleasure to have joined the Queen’s Harbour Yacht & Country Club Team. I consider myself fortunate to have been given this opportunity to join Mr. Don Beardsley in leading such a great organization.
This position offers new and exciting challenges to me, all of which I embrace and am ready to commit to. I join the team with a successful career in Food & Beverage with experience from One Ocean Resort & Spa, Ponte Vedra Inn & Club/Lodge & Club, Seasons 52/Capital Grille, and the Jacksonville Marriott.
I look forward to enhancing the club’s F&B service, introduce new & exciting wine opportunities, and overall dining experience.
