Aaron joined the Countryside Country Club team as your Food and Beverage Director March 2017. Aaron is a graduate of Warren Southern in Lake Whales, Florida. He has spent 25 years in the Food and Beverage industry and gained his experience at numerous local and national chain restaurants. Aaron has a tremendous drive and passion for all aspects of hospitality; he demonstrates that daily through his goal-oriented approach and result driven mentality. Aaron’s goal is to ensure that Members have a phenomenal dining experience time and time again in Elevations.

In his spare time, Aaron enjoys spending time with his wife and their 3 wonderful Children.

Erika joined ClubCorp in 1997 as Member Relations Director and soon-after Membership Director at The Hartford Club in CT.  She followed that with some consulting work at The Skyline Club in MI and finally arrived at Countryside Country Club as Membership Director in 2000. Erika spent the following 9 years here, leaving her mark on both the Club and the Members.  She then left to pursue other areas of interest, most notably at Admiral Farragut Academy in charge of recruiting their international students.  After a 9 year hiatus, she has once again returned to her membership roots at CCC. 

Erika graduated from UMass Amherst where she studied Biology. She has a passion for the Members and a great drive to not only enroll but get to know the Members.   Erika has a teenage daughter who keeps her busy with her academic and athletic endeavors.  In her spare time, she enjoys CrossFit.

JP Banas

JP joined the Club Corp family in 2018. Starting as the Service Director in Food and Beverage, he now has transitioned to Member Relations Coordinator. JP has lived and worked in the Tampa Bay area for over 30 years. He is proud to call Palm Harbor his home. With over 20 years of hospitality experience, people are his passion. Working to provide a personal touch, JP plans on being the go-to person for all your club needs.

Krystle Vega

Krystle joined the Countryside team in August 2018 as our Private Events Director. Krystle attended the University of Puerto Rico where she obtained a degree in Food and Beverage Management with a Minor in Hotel Management. She has been in the Hospitality industry for over 10 years, her experience is mostly as a Corporate Events Planner as well as Wedding Coordinator.

Kellie Taylor

Kellie stated her career with ClubCorp in 1993 at the Fairlane Club in Dearborn, Michigan.  Kellie's career path starting out consisting of many different tasks in the Athletic Department with her having to complete a 30 credit internship from Central Michigan University.  After her intern was complete, she was hired permanently as the Front Desk & Program Supervisor working her way up through the company.  Through the years, Kellie has been the Athletic Director at:  The Fairlane Club in Dearborn (1993 - 1998), Michigan, Oak Pointe Country Club in Brighton, Michigan (1998 - 2002) and most recently at Countryside Country Club in Clearwater, Florida (2002 - current).

Kellie has her Bachelor of Arts from Central Michigan University.  She majored in Commerical Recreation & Facility Management and minored in Business Management & Dance.  Kellie is currently certified through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA).

Chef Jeff joined Countryside Country Club in August 2020. He comes to us from Feather Sound Country Club where he spent the last 10 years. Prior to his time at Feather Sound, he was Chef/Partner at Tuscano Grill in Safety Harbor. Jeff is looking forward to putting his touch on the Food & Beverage operation and leading his culinary team to produce an unforgettable dining experience for our membership.

When he is not at the Club, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Holly, and their two boys, Braxton and Mason!

Jose Arriaga

Role: Director of Facilities Maintenance & Housekeeping

Jose has worked at Countryside Country Club for the past 11 years.  He was hired in the Maintenance Department but is now currently the Director of Facilities Maintenance.  There is not much that Jose can't fix.  Countryside is so fortunate to have someone as knowledgeable as Jose on the CCC team.

Michael Collins

Michael was born and raised in New York City where he found his early interest in the industry, being alongside his Father who owned multiple bars and restaurants around the city. Michael went to work at the flagship Smith & Wollensky's on 3rd & 49th St and Union Square Cafe before moving to Cleveland - GO BROWNS - where he joined the ClubCorp family at Shoreby Club and Quail Hollow Country Club.

In April of 2018 he moved to Florida and joined the team at Countryside Country Club.

He is happy to be here and is thrilled to be enjoying the warm weather of Florida and not the harsh winters of Ohio!

Brian Ramsey

Brian joined the Countryside Country Club team in August of 2017. Originally from North Carolina, he began his career in the golf course maintenance industry by pushing a mower and raking traps at Highlands Country Club, in 1990. After a couple of seasons, he fell in love with the work as well as the game. Brian then went into the Turf Grass Management Program at North Carolina State University and graduated in 1996. He then returned to his home club as the assistant superintendent for his first few professional years.

Along the way, Brian has been an assistant superintendent in Philadelphia, and California at the Ojai Valley Inn & Spa, where he succeeded in the Superintendent position in 2002. After 15 years in California, he made his way back to the Southeast to be closer to his family who still resides in North Carolina. Brian is very excited about the opportunity to serve Countryside Country Club and looks forward to forging new relationships with our members as well as co-workers.

Matt Bilger

Role: Director of Tennis

Matt joins our team with over 20 years of teaching experience. He has been ranked Nationally #5 35s Team Doubles and #16 35s Individual.  Matt is a 3 time 5.0 USTA National Championship participant as well as Over 25 Mid Atlantic Singles and Doubles Championships. Matt played on 2 Mid Atlantic Section Talbert Cup Champion Teams in 2014 and 2015. In 2003, Matt was a 4.5 National Champion in 2003.  Matt is a proud father of soccer goalie sensation, Ashley Bilger. 

Mike Glenn

Mike has been involved in golf since the age of 9. He has worked in all segments of golf in his career to include public, semi-private, private and running golf courses for the United States Air Force in Las Vegas and Panama City. Besides spending time with his wife Mary and 2 kids, Jacob & Sarah, he also enjoys golf, sporting events and spending time with his 3 dogs.

Ben joined Countryside in 2016. He is a PGA Associate and is working towards receiving his Class A Certification. Ben's passion for golf and his great sense of humor make him a favorite of our Members. In his spare time, Ben enjoys being outdoors and exercising.
